Baja California Roll


* 6 sheets nori
* 3 cups sumeshi
* 1 cup imitation crab
* 1 avocado
* 1 cucumber
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tsp Sriracha sauce


1. Cook sushi rice.
2. Cut the avocado in half, discarding the pit.
3. Cut off the hard skin and discard.
4. Slice the avocado into thin sticks.
5. Mix the imitation crab, mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
6. Cut cucumber into sticks.
7. Roll the sushi, using the imitation crab mix, avocado and cucumber as your fillings.
8. Enjoy!
